About Me

Hello there. My name is Clare and I have a deep love for the storytelling mediums of production design, styling and costuming.

After completing my degree in Media Production at RMIT University, I worked in advertising, communications, high end retail and visual merchandising, at fabulous places such as Dinosaur Designs and frankie magazine. In recent years I furthered my skills by completing Costume Design Essentials at NIDA.

Outside of my work, I find happiness and inspiration in unexpected places. I’m a proud member of The Clams, Melbourne's least professional water ballet squad. I'm also a life long sailor; I even worked for the Australian Sailing Team. These days I compete with my 68-year-old Dad; we have completed three world championships together and hope to do at least one more.

Every job I take on gives me the chance to tell stories, arouse feelings, and craft engrossing visual worlds. I firmly think that design, whether it’s fashion or interior, has the ability to transcend boundaries and enthral. I'm committed to bringing ingenuity, originality and fun to every project I work on.
